Gameplay, art and sound have the right amount of detailedness to work very well for the experience as a whole.
Also a very gentle way of talking about the serioud underlying topic. Compliments for that!
The only thing I might've liked is one or two more sentences to elaborate what makes the character change their mind, since that's such an important and powerful moment. I guess it was hinted at, but the main character seemed very set on their decision.

I actually thought about the game jam a couple days ago, while revisiting some old project and remembered it was a lovely time! Quite the coincidence that I get the notification for a new game by you at almost the same time.

Originally there was going to be a bit more in terms of dialogue but we had run out of time as this was for ludem dare 56!
I do plan on going back and fixing up some of the wording to point it a little better in that direction :)
